Please follow these steps for each motion capture session:

Unfortunately it is not possible to have both applications running on the same system. they are actually installing incompatible drivers, so you have to 

  - uninstall first the previous Motive (and don't forget the optitrack drivers!!), 
  - restart the machine, and then 
  - install the other Motive.
